He used to be the chief economist of The First Institute of Design of the headquarters in China Construction Engineering Corporation, and the general Manager of the Investment and financing Department of the Urban-rural Development Research Center of China Construction Engineering Corporation. He used to be an economic adviser to the government and vice chairman of City Investment Co. After 23 years of industrial planning and capital operation practices, he has been involved in new energy vehicles, high-end manufacturing, safety and environmental protection, cultural tourism, medical and other industries.

Through a lot of industry research, Mr.Feng is familiar with the development rules and trends of many industries, proficient in phased strategic development planning and project investment ,financing planning and design of various enterprises. He has innovative ideas and abundant planning and operation experience in government industrial planning, industrial new town, industrial park, free trade zone and other industrial planning.
